I have no idea where I am in the weight loss race...still in the 140s though; I WANT TO GET INTO THE 130s. Any ideas?

Maybe you can walk some more...are you still in a lot of pain? I know I can't wait for the weather to improve here...so, I will be more motivated.

Thanks. Yeah, I could walk more; couple of weeks ago, I walked two miles, and I wasn't as sore afterwards as I thought I would be; so maybe all the walking I've been doin for the last year and a half is startin to pay off... as far as pain, yeah, I've still got pain, but I'm learning to deal with it

I actually weighed myself this morning before eating, and I was 139.8 :D; so we'll see if that's really true or not
