Here's to another week...closer to Christmas...ugh!
NO, NOT THAT WORD ALREADY!!! OMG, Bren and I were in Kohl's today and they already had a section of, you guessed it, HOLIDAY STUFF; almost made me sick; I think for our family, Christmas' will never be the same again.
Ok, my ass is being kicked by the 1/2 mg of Ativan I took about half hour ago, so I'm outta here...
Lost another two...today I was at 151 even (puts totally weight loss at 52); I need suggestions on how to best work my abs, and not throw up; or is that even possible?

Kathi...I think if you lay in bed...and just start by putting your hands behind your head and slowly lift until you feel tighting in your ab area...do several of those...throughout the day and just build from there :) Congrats on your continued loss...you look GREAT btw!!!!!

Guess my bro had been on a heart transplant list...and now he's removed...the damage he's done to himself, disqualified him...praying that my sil can get a social worker involved to have him go from hosp right into rehab..hoping he will be stable to leave hospital within a week..but right now...he's pretty sick...congestive heart failure, copd, and liver damage :(
I'm sorry, Bren; alcoholism, if that's the reason for all this, is the worst thing; I had two uncles that drank themselves to death (another two of my mom's brothers).
Sort of got a busy day; putting the clean laundry away, doing the little dirty laundry that's left and starting to pack so I don't wear the clothes I'm taking to Vegas during the week ... I HAVE FIVE MORE DAYS, PEOPLE

Work is hectic - VB is hectic - and my poor Jenna is sad cuz she isnt getting the play time she deserves. She didnt get to play AT ALL yesterday and she cried all the way home from the game... broke my heart. Stupid Bi**h of a coach.

Brenda - she seems to be in a better mood. I hope they play her this afternoon. We have a home game. Oh.. the reason we arent grilling for the fundrasier is Jenna has the 8 AM to 10 AM shift. CRAAAAP. But it does mean we can plan Saturday! lol
Kathi - yes.. i have a precious granpuppy! She loves her Nana.. when zach brings her over she runs over to me her tail going 100 miles an hour. Shes cute!

Hey ladies...
Quick touch base! WE lost both games yesterday - but jenna played the entire 2nd game... and our second string during the 2nd game did better than the first game! Our starters lost 10 to 25. Our 2nd string lost 18 to 25.
I thought jen played well... she was disappointed in herself... best part was Fred called in sick and got to go watch and she played!!
We now are 6-0-2 Not bad JV!!

IT'S FRIDAY, PEOPLE!!! Which means I leave for Vegas tomorrow; yes, TOMORROW!! 24 hours from now, I hope to be lifting off the runway at Lindberg, watching SD getting smaller and smaller as we get higher and higher in the air...
Brenda, are we still on for today? And how much time do you have? Cuz I was gonna get those little travel toothbrush/paste and conditioner and get a little trim of my hair, before I pull out the money - don't worry, it can all be done in the same "place", so we don't have to go driving around everywhere (all in the Albertson's parking lot)
Ok ... my sister's going to pick me up in about 12 hours from now :)
