I barely moved today...I'm more of a slug in the heat than I usually am; but in the early evening, I heard the pool calling my name, so I went in; very refreshing, but now I'm kind of cold and have chlorine on me, so I'm gonna shower
Are any SD ladies going down to C.V. for the "procession" for our "Blue Bombers" on Friday (or tomorrow night, going down to Greg Rogers Park to see 'em after they come home)? I wanna go so bad, but the buses don't run that late (I can probably get down there, but I wouldn't be able to get home).

Hey Kathi..I would love to be a part of that excitement for the baseball winners too...but it's not something I can get too either..I know what you mean about this weather...whew..it's rough to get through..I should never have sat down after being outside..LOL..the only time I got up after that was to go to the bathroom and refill my lemon water LOL...today...nope gonna open my laptop on the counter and go back and forth from my laptop and cleaning the bathrooms and laundry LMAO

This has been a tough week... staff reductions etc. Hiring staff in India...etc etc etc. Frustrating but it is what it is...

I almost died today walking in the heat, from the facility down to the bus (which is half a mile), but THANK GOD FOR BRENDA, who picked me up at Arco in Sabre Springs and took me shopping. The only thing I forgot was bday cards for my cousin and two uncles who have Sept. days; probably'll get 'em tomorrow, when my legs aren't so sore ... and the hip that was dislocated when I was born is really startin to ache

Brenda, have a great weekend I know Tina...but, I hate to drive thru the mountains, I can't win for losing.
Getting ready to pack up and head to Meals on Wheels and then this afternoon some habitat for humanity thing...then we will head back to Nashville for a three day weekend:)
Tori drove up last night and had dinner with me and Jackie...it was SO much fun...we ate at this little patio place and drank some wine - total girl night and I loved it:) She left at 0600 this morning to make her 0800 class.
