How are you? I wish you guys could come and visit...what about Labor Day Weekend?
Last night, I thought I would clean and organize Dailens room - We are having the carpets cleaned today - four hours later, a back ache and too many beers, I crawled my tired old ass into bed. Needless to say I woke up before six this morning.
I am heading off to Mackenzie's black hole here in a few after I finish my coffee. If I am not back by noon - send help! LOL! I am so excited she comes home today, she has been gone for two weeks! And, she is bringing home her own pet...
Happy Weekend all! Going to the fair for a few hours with Brenda and Steve...then will come back - cook up some dirty rice courtesy of Ms Marci and Mr. MB. and watch a wedding video sitting on Jennas bed in her bedroom as she is the only VHS in the house! LOL
~oh... did i neglect to mention... beer...beer and more beer~ LOL

Hello! I'm back. I saw the error of my ways (Brenda knows what I'm talking about), and now I'm back; I WILL NEVER do that again; especially due to what happened to Michael Jackson - which I'm still kind of sad about...that's one of the reasons I was away for so long; the suddenness of it brought back a lot of stuff about my mom. I'm not gonna be able to keep IHSS anymore because I can't afford to, so my condo's gone to shit in a handbasket; I mean, I do what I can, but it gets overwhelming...so, I had a meeting yesterday with part of my team and they said that if I don't keep it up, I may not be able to live alone anymore, which scares the shit out of me; that's about the gist of what I've been up to lately
Marci, I am so sorry for little Ashton's mom...OMG, was it sudden? I'll say a prayer for Ashton and his family

Hey all...I am here at Tina's...she's busy yacking it up with Zach and his galpal Tina...They are drinking wine together...in the kitchen :) And my husband, Steve...and Fred, Tina's husbamd....yeah right...I think they are in love...LOL...they are planning some trip to Illinois to run through the fields of something LMAO with Fred's bro Doug...LOL
Marci...we saw your wedding video...It was SO BEAUTIFUL!!! You looked so lovely and your girls...oh my...so very sweet...I saw MB with them and I KNEW...LOL I'm sure you married him..because you knew :) that man is a treasure to your girls~
Kathi...sigh...lets get together and maybe we can incoorporate more ideas into the future OK??? I'm sure you're going to do fine...no matter what :) Just email your dear friends here on the blog and I just know...they have ways to help, as well :)

LA, it's a long story, but apparently I'm no longer on "free" Medi-cal, which I was on while my mom was alive, so now I have to "pay for it?"....I don't know; but anywho, I'd have to pay the IHSS worker $677 before the county would, so that's why I can't afford it

I just wanted to share that I feel like I am in a piano lounge :) Our sweetums Tina..plays piano so very lovely :D I'm sure I'm going to embaress myself when I say this BUT she plays with both hands, independantly and uses the foot pedals too....It was sooooo very lovely Tina....please play more :) and then..TEACH ME...I have a keyboard from my parents..and I SOOO wan to play :)

I don't "play" the piano...i dink. I had lessons as a kid and there are a few things I havent forgotten... LOL. But thank you brenda for "outting me" hahahaha. And NO Kathi... I dont give lessons. haha. My poor Piano is so out of tune it sounds horrible.
And i think I played drunk for LeighAnn once too. hahaha! 'bout the same as for Brenda! ROFLMAO!
wELL...Im getting ready to take my hung over self to the commissary. LOL!

LA, sorry, but MB is on call EVERY major vacation,, hell, every vacation.... we don't get a break... we are going to the camp Thursday night, as we are both OFF on Friday, but HELLOOOOOOO he is on call..... so we can't go tooooo far.... the camp... just the 2 of us.... moonlight, campfire... wine, beer.... you get the picture! I am sure we will moonlight 4wheeler ride! that is my favorite!
What part of IL is Mike from, Marci? I have family all over the place also; Elmhurst, Darien, Bloomingdale, Westchester, Niles, Hinsdale...and that's just on my mom's side; my dad is also from there...lol, so his whole side is elsewhere
