Had a great day in Imperial Beach and Coronado...I'll have to post some pics...I'm REALLY behind in my updating...mabe sometime as the week goes on...I was shocked to find out I won best in show for Hon Non Bo...I was so SURE it was going to one of 2 other exhibits!! A good day..an there was a heat wave at the beach..and sooo hot inland :(

Hey all! it was a long and dramatic day. Jenna and her ex best friend sara finally parted ways. Jen has decided that its just not worth it... she is constantly getthing her feelings hurt. So... thats that...and it was an emotional day.
She misses Rayna too... cuz, as she says, She and Rayna never treated each other like that. My poor Jenna. And, ya know its totally getting bad if Tia gets pissed...shes pretty mellow and she is really mad that their old friends hurt Jenna like that.
*sigh* its days like this I wish i could wrap them up and protect them from the world...
Oh Tina... I hate teenage girls and their pissy ways.... believe me... KK has learned the hard way...
At least Tia is seeing it, and helping Jenna along the way... that has to be incredibly hard for her as well!

Bren and Tina, the reason I was so long in the restroom last night was cuz I had the runs :o(....LMAO (I seriously think it's cuz I hadn't had my milk in a while and my tummy didn't necessarily tolerate Mexican food)...have an enzyme problem, I think, and can't digest dairy that well....my enchiladas had sour cream; remember? But OMG, was it good!!! MUST GO BACK, AND SOON!!

KK helped them sort and make packets for over 500 racers/walkers... OH MY! she was tired by the time I got there tonight, I left work a little early..

I did the 5 mile around the lake this afternoon with a co worker...had some drama...I grabbed Jeri's arm to stop her to let a rattlesnack pass in front of us....then we walk another mile and see a jogger in front us jump aside..to let a rattlesnack pass by!!!! WOW! Amazing!! The second time my arm hairs stood straight up LOL

Got my cholesterol and other lipids checked Wednesday, they just got back to me today and said that they were elevated, so I've got to get my butt back out there and exercise...and I can't think of a better way to get a great start than walking five miles, or whatever it is...
