I counted up my calories last Thursday and I was astounded...for one thing, I do pretty good except for things like this...
Stopped my the sweetart bowl 3 times that day, taking approximately 8 each time which equals how many calories?

HI all; OY, I'm having trouble getting onto the family blog :(; my cousin's not gonna like me, but I'm trying like hell to fix it, so when he has time, he can go on...
Well, had another episodee on Saturday :(; and it was a biggie, but the good part was I didn't have to spend the night in the hospital, cuz I had taken some medication at home, but it wasn't working, so needed some "intervention", so my friends to me to the emergency room, so I guess I was out of there a couple of hours later (don't know since I was so drugged up)...I feel better today, but kind of tired and really sore

They really miss her! They both talk to her on Myspace I guess. Jenna always says how sweet she is... Tia thinks shes funny... they love her dearly! And to think... I have that picture of the 3 of them and Jocelyn on the jungle gym when they were all at Hage... My how they have grown... and to have stayed friends all this time is incredible...

Got all the goodies for the Breast Cancer 3Day today; NO, I'm not walking all 60 miles...just signed up to be a volunteer (I might walk some of it though, just to get the thrill and emotional aspect); I decided to do it in honor of my two aunts that passed from breast cancer--Aunt Colleen, who died two weeks after my mom (she was her sister) and Aunt Diane, who passed 6 years ago (she was married to Mom's brother, Kevin)
I've heard they're not pleasant, but I'm having my first mammogram next week and scared @#$%less....exactly what am I getting myself into?????; I have pretty big "girls", so I'm REALLY nervous
