I have been doing so good with my eating... and of course my thyroid meds are contributing alot... as I have not been losing and gaining every other week....

When I went to the doc last week, I weighed 180 with clothes on; will weigh w/o clothes in the morning, since I've already eaten

I RAN TWO MILES IN A LITTLE OVER 24MINUTES...I am just so damn tickeled with myself! Yesterday, I was only able to do a mile and a 1/2, but today I did 2!!!

Hey girly!!! Just did the gym with brenda and then helped fred put in the new cable boxes...
He n zach have been "not so nice" to each other lately. Breaks my heart... they are both so stubborn. And here i am stuck in the middle... can i just say how much THAT sucks. *sigh*
Not in a very talkative mood. Im gonna take a shower, a tylenol pm...and crash. Everybody cross your fingers that I can sleep ALL the way thru the night. Love to all!

I wanted to walk it too Kathi..but then I saw how much monies you had to raise...I didn't have the time to raise that much!! LOL...But what you're doing is just as important :) and exhausting!!

Oh, you have to raise a certain amount? How much? Sure hope you don't have to raise any just to volunteer (sure, I'll put in something for the cause, but not 1000s of dollars)

Yes, went to the doc, they added another BP med and baby aspirin..added cholesterol meds...will be doing verious blood tests over the next month relating to the added meds....go to the urologist in 2 weeks..not sure I'll get answers there since I was there last year...more than likely will go on to the kidney doc due to it's ongoing and urine still shows blood (don't recall in the last year or two that my urine has been without blood...microscopic..that is..then, now, add in the recent bouts of visual blood)...I asked my new doc today if it could be related to my BP and she says yes...I think so too...but we shall see :)
That's pretty damn scary, Bren; had no idea that blood in the urine could be linked to your BP (damn, then maybe I should get mine checked...although when I went to the doc last week, my bp was perfect; 119/72 I think
Brenda, just keep pushing and asking questions... .and do research to give yourself knew questions.... to ask....
that's what I did with gabbi, I would google every symptom.... they did not like this Mama at all sometimes!!! :)

Brenda, did they say anything about certain foods can cause? one of the girls I work with everytime she does bloodwork she has blood in her urine... it's very odd... no other symptoms...
they put her on heavy antibiotics... and recheck her until clear.. but it comes back... sounds like a cover up huh?
Yeah, it sounds to me like they're being OVERLY conservative with her, Marci; tell her to get her creatnine(sp?) - bloodwork - checked (it's a kidney function test); you should get that done too, Bren; demand it, if you have to

gosh..there are so many possibilities to what's going on BUT...I am working on what I can control......I'm gonna shift completely into neutral with this whole thing...just gonna ride it out..it is what it is...whatever it is LOL..and will just appear in the docs office as scheduled :D

Hi everyone...I taught this am...I was go over my lesson plans last night, hence my not posting. It was so fun - taught Navy Pride and Professionalism (used tp NR&R for us old salty dogs).
Have a meeting at 1330...ugh.
I have GOT to buy groceries today, I can't believe I made it this week since coming off of leave. But I am done to almost nothing now. BTY, I got a roommate while I was on leave - AND I HATE IT! Not her, she's great, just in general it sucks! I am TOO old to share a common area - living room and kitchen!
Anyways, gotta go! I am still running my two miles...and will be for a while - today, I swear I thought I was gonna puke!!!!!
