Daily stress level is probably a 6.5 today. I've been sleeping most of the day and have my house all dark, with the blinds pulled shut :(
Kathi sometimes... sunshine helps... you dont want to get more depressed... and dark rooms and laying and sleeping will do it to you....

I'm trying to keep physically and mentally healthy...but it is SO hard to get my mind off of my mom and aunt ... but I did get up, got the mail, did dishes/turned on the dw, etc.....now I'm eating the other half of the subway sandwich from yesterday
Hey all...I'm down 2.5 pounds for the week...WOOHOO!!! It's so hard,,,but I'm sticking to the burn it off routine...
Kathi...I know it must be so hard...but as they told my mom when she had cancer and was going through massive chemo...they wanted her out of the bed everyday...showered, dressed and makeup on...no matter what..and she did too :) sicker than can be...she did it...doctors orders!!

Had a great time last night:D
Tori decided she was going to drink so she was in rare form last night...still don't know how I feel about that. But, oh well she assures me she doesn't drink at school. Glad JaVonte doesn't drink - him and Rayna went for run this morning.
We are heading out for soccer in an hour or so...

Everyone (but me) slept in this morning, even the baby. She slept until 9:30, which I have never seen her do...seeing her best friend Kenzie always makes her go all out. :)
Tori has a great head on her shoulders, Leigh Ann. I don't think I would worry too much. :)
We didn't get to go to Fall Creek
Falls like we had planned. Maybe next weekend...
I got up at 6:00, had tea on my patio then did pilates on the deck. It is great to do it in the fresh air. Then I showered and snuggled on the couch with John and watched the morning news. :)
For the ticker, I did 6 circuits and ran 13 miles last week.
I have been cleaning all morning. In a few minutes, we are going to watch Pearl Harbor. What a great day off!!!!

Tina...I had to go at 5pm..LOL..but we got back pretty quick and the game was on..but Steve only missed a few minutes...We are eating while the game is on
Steph!!! Your tea and pilates on the deck sounds so very relaxing :) WOW!!!!!!! All over town here in San Diego they do tai chi...outside in the parks and beaches...It's so very cool to see ...I always say I'm going to do one of those (either pilates,yoga or tai chi) ..just haven't yet.
I agree with Brenda, Steph, how very relaxing....
I just don't know how to release and get there yet... damn...

Hi girls; I totally forgot to check in today; I'm sorry :(
But, I'm at Dad's again to spend the night, try to get him to take a shower and shave tomorrow, my sil and cleaning ladies are coming at 3:00, he has to get blood work done (coumadin level), he and sil's gonna take me home, sil's staying the night, and then I'm back up here on Wed; our lives have DEFINITELY changed since Mom died...sheesh!!
