I HAVE SUCH A GOSH DAMN HEADACHE right now; I haven't eaten much, not sleeping well or at all, I don't think I have any tears left I've been crying so damn much; AND I'M PISSED AS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

God, I swear, this has become Grand Central Station with all the flippin phone calls....just now my sister was talking to one of my mom's doctors, while, on my cell phone, I was talking to our primary doctor's (I have the same one as my parents) office, and then had to hand it off to her to answer b/c of her being POA
I know resting is good right now, but everytime I close my eyes, I see her, and that's what keeps me awake

Hey girls. I didnt make it to the gym tonight. Fred had to work OT and Brenda is still gone... and since my abs and thighs are still sore from yesterday... i figured it would wait till tomorrow.

Marci, have you had a mammography before? My mother says, OMG Stephanie, it hurts SO BAD! So she is terrifying me and I am sure I am going to freak out the first time I have one...thank goodness I don't have any family history, so it's not for another 4 years until my baseline is due. But apparently I am very nodular...maybe I should have one before that. Mom has me afraid...could it hurt any worse than natural childbirth?
On a side note, I totally love Christina Applegate for being so brave.
Speaking of laundry...does anybody have any ideas how to get a set-in coffee stain out of a white cotton shirt? I have tried everything I know...damn it...
Oh yes, ladies, thanks for the well wishes for a better day today. It should be much less hectic. New client software is operational...new stuff is still coming online next Monday, though. Weee..... :)

Tina, you actually got me to chuckle with your "device for taking wrinkles out of clothes"; mind you, it wasn't a hearty belly laugh, but a chuckle at this point is good
And Marci, with your "boob squeeze"..keep 'em comin girls, it's helping me get through
I think tonight was the first time that I actually ate a full meal in two days--I would nibble, but nothing tastes that great when you're going through something like this, but tonight, I have to say, dinner was pretty good (had dinner at my brother's place and then my sil took me clothes shopping for Friday..only spent $100 for the outfit, knee-highs and shoes...at Kohl's). Tomorrow, we go to the church and talk to the priest about all that's gonna take place at the Rosary/Mass; and then I think my oldest brother is gonna beat the living snot out of the guy at the mortuary b/c he didn't do something he promised to have done by today that we need for the service, or something (I think we're gonna go all "Sopranos" on his ass); and you know what..DAMN IT; and I'm gonna mention this to my bro...I dont remember what happened (being five years ago), but that mortuary took care of my grandmother when she first passed (until we had her "driven" up to LA where she's buried) and they didn't do something that was supposed to be done, so they're already not in our good graces; THEY HAD BETTER FOLLOW THROUGH ON MY MOM'S SERVICES, OR THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FOUR KAMHOLZS (maybe three, cuz I wouldn't be able to be polite)
If any good can come out of all this crap, it's that I haven't had a smoke in what feels like two weeks (I know it's probably been shorter, but I can't think straight)
OH, and I put off my surgery for a bit; I just felt that I couldn't physically or mentally handle a six month recovery right now; the doctor called and said he can totally accomodate that; that whenever I felt ready, to just call him and give him the "go" sign and he'll do the rest

I agree with Tina, I did natural childbirth, and I will do 6 mamo's in a row.... compared to one 8 lb baby being pulled out of "my high ya call it!"
Kathi, I agree it will be too much of an emotional rollcoaster right now.. but don't put it off too much...

Hey girls... back from the gym... did 310 calories in 35 min on the eliptical - then did arms. Fred is such a good sport... he got home - changed and out the door we went. He now is in the shower and the we are gonna watch some tv.

I'm muttling through, I guess; although I've been running basically on nothing but caffeine; I did take a benadryl tonight, so keep your fingers crossed that I actually get good sleep

I cant go to the gym today as Jenna has a vb game... but im so wanting to go tomorrow!! If ya wanna watch volleyball the JV and Frosh teams start about 4:15 in the gym at MM!
Kathi - Jenna is on the Frosh team. She was very disappointed by that until their game last weekend where she was a starter and played BOTH GAMES. Where as her friend who is on JV didnt play until the 2nd half of the 2nd game... so... she is VERY glad to be on Frosh now!!
WTG Jenna :) it worked out great for her...she's shining!!
Our flights were good..and ontime...mom is still heavily medicated...scary watching her walk..she has moments where she can enjoy herself...but most times she is with her eyes closed or just there in body...they are there another week
Ok Tina....gosh tomorrow, I have to be in Solana Beach after work for some classes and then a meeting up there at 5pm...sniff sniff..what I will do for my PT is walk 2 times at work and then at night...I'll walk the neighborhood

Marci, I am 35, for a bit longer (my birthday is September 22, which is next Monday).
Last time I was in for my yearly, my doctor said I could have one any time I like now, like you said, to get a baseline, and then they are standard with the yearly checkups after 40. When you are "lumpy" like me, it can be hard to differentiate...you just watch for new lumps, or ones that you don't feel on both sides...Ha Ha Ha! :)
Brenda, I am already with you on the groans and creaks...my knee makes a disgusting crackling sound sometimes when I bend and then stand. Could that be from running 1000 miles a week? :)

They are eight people in this conference room and I am pretty sure I am the only one blogging...LOL! One is my boss - the one I am shadowing/learning from and the others are the nurses who actually teach the course. We are basically the administrative and logistics team leaders.

Hey ya'll; I have a little time (I'm here at home, "babysitting" my dad while everyone's at the house setting up for tomorrow :( :(, so I thought I'd TRY and get my mind off of stuff and blog; guess it's working; Marci emailed me this morning; hopefully she'll give you guys an update, cuz I can't right now; I can't tell ya when I'll be back on; obviously not tomorrow :( or Saturday (that's the day we put Mom in her final resting place :( )...hopefully sometime next week, but can't make any promises..luv ya guys

her mom's sister (the one battling cancer, has had to stop her chemo b/c she is having chest pains..
her dad doesn't know everything going on, just that he has a new suit and is going to church.. so this is a huge struggle for them....
I told her we are all thinking of her and her family...
us BOOGER GIRLS "stick" together....
I know that was gross...
had to lighten up the situation...

Thanks, girls; tomorrow is gonna be one of the hardest of my life!!
Tonight, was absolutely beautiful; we had everyone that either flew in or drove (that are staying two nights) over at Dad's house and just had a great time...kind of an "ice breaker" if you will, for tomorrow. It was so incredibly special and I'm glad that we had this special family time; we had an aunt and two cousins that we grew up with 20 minutes from us in L.A. come (aunt and one of the cousins flew in from OK; my mom's brother and Godson/nephew in from Chicago; cousins that belong to my aunt from Apple Valley; my sil's dad; three of my nieces..21 total; gonna be about 7 times that tomorrow :(
Just want to say also that I have the best "booger" friends in the world, and thank you very much for all of your support, love and prayers...sure gonna need them tomorrow; and I know each of you will be there in spirit with me
Kathi - yes, we are all there in spirit and will be thinking of you today and tomorrow for sure!

It is hot during the walks and we get sweaty and sticky but I'm ok with wiping the sweat and spraying body spray...the alternative is not getting in enough exercise, so I'll get it whenever I can LOL

Yet another one of my "three hour nights"....
Ysterday was beautiful; we figured we had about 200 for the service and about 125 back at the house; and I'd say about 90% of it family
I thought yesterday was gonna be hard...HA!!!! Today's when we put Mom in her final resting place. It's starting to hit me now that we have this one final thing to do, after a week of complete chaos
Kathi, you are blessed to have such an extended family. I know that must help, when things get tough. I hope all goes well for you today!

Well LA... We lost to Mama's and Papas and Kristi got a red card for yelling at the ref... so for playoffs next week we wont have any subs... *sigh*
Brenda and I hit the gym early...had a great cardio workout and then did arms.
Now... its soccer, dinner with the parents and then over to Brenda and Steves to "visit" - which Fred has figured means "drink beer" hahaha.

Just got settled...Mackenzie played at 0800 and 5pm - Dailen played at 1015 - Rayna played at 5pm, but away - very hectic!
Paul and I had a WONDERFUL night:)
Mackenzie plays at 0800 again in the morning. Paul is doing homework and I just got the kids out of the tub...
