Tina...CONGRATS TO THOSE GIRLS!! must get to your blog :)

Here's to a good week for all....safe and healthy :)

Kathi said...

Thanks, Bren; I will have a restful week; I basically had my boot off all weekend, just cuz I kind of want to build up, or keep, my muscle tone/flexibility; I'm back in it now

Tina said...

Happy Tuesday Ladies!!!

Off to get the girls to their FIRST day of HighSchool!!!

Leigh Ann said...

Good Morning All,

Tina, hope they have a great day!

Kathi, a restful week sounds good:)

Brenda, have a great week yourself!

I am off to pack up and head back to Pensacola!

Talk to you all tonight!

Tina...Woohoo!! Hope you have a smooth morning getting those girls off to 1st day of school :) I'll better have my work schedule after 9 this morning, when the boss gets in (OT??)

Kathi...glad to hear to foot is resting and you're doing your plan..

Leighann...by now you're driving to P'cola....hope your drive is well...Let us know of anything funny or intersting you see along the way :)

Steph...I caught a blurb this AM on the news, but not the whole scoop...all I heard was that there was a run...of girls wearing stilettos!!!! LOL OMG I can't imagine!!! Sounded really funny

Marci...How goes your cleanup??? Do you need me to mail you plants :D

Stephanie said...

Brenda, that stiletto run sounds very funny! I wonder if there are paramedics stationed at various points? :)

Hey Steph :) LOL I would think they would need medics around...LOL OMG..can you imagine...I wonder, they must have to train for that type of race

Tina said...

All I can say is I get around better in my 4" heels than my flats... I trip all over myself in my 1" or tenny shoes.

Kathi said...

That sounds so weird...

Tina, I'm hoping the girls got off ok this am and are having a great first day; were they nervous at all?

Noboyz said...

Hey ladies.....
been at work since 8 a.m. this morning.....
Mike is already home with the kids... picking up....
no structual damage to my house...'
lots of debris... and both sides of my privacy fence are bowed....
Ascension parish has major electrical/telephone damages....
lots of trees down....
no lives lost....
our Parish was evacuation center for low lying parishes.... we had 4 main evac centers here at high schools.....

thanks for all the prayers!

:)
Marci

Tina said...

LOVE YA MARCI!!! So glad to hear you are all safe and sound and that the damage was minimal. ((HUGS))

Kathi the girls got off today just fine! They were a bit nervous... I picked up one of their girlfriends on the way, so they were a little "group" and that helped. Thanks for asking!

Anonymous said...

Yea!! The storm has passed for Marci!!! Glad to hear your update :) Very sad for the other communities :( Hope they get all the help they need~

Hey Tina :) Awwww glad to hear the girls had support from each other on that first day!!!

Stephanie said...

Tina, that is funny...ME TOO! I trip all the time when I wear sneakers. I think it's the rubber soles grabbing on the floor that I am not used to, after wearing heels. You know the phenomenon, where a person seems to trip or stumble and there is nothing there...very funny, and very humiliating. :)

Tina said...

HAHAHA Steph! I know what you mean!!

Kathi said...

I do that all the time, Tina and Steph

Marci, is that the name of the parish where you live, or the church you go to? I've always wondered why they called the little communities in LA "parishes".

Kathi said...

Despite my mouth running, I am glad that you guys are all ok.

I called Surgery Scheduling to see if they got the paperwork (they did) and get a ballpark as to how far out the surgery would be...it looks like the end of October for surgery...but that's cuttin it REALLY close to the holidays, so may have to rethink that

Noboyz said...

Yes, Kathi, your mouth meant well... just foamed too much...
it's ok... no hard feelings... I had no time to address it at that time...... we have no control over where God wants us...
I needed to be here...
the lady across the street is dying of Rhematoid(spelling) arthritis... we ended up running an extensive chord to give her air....
everyone is coming to our house... they know I don't freak... I just handle...
as of today.. .someone tried to bring their laundry for me to wash!
Hello, I have dirty laundry too...
I've gotten 2 infant squirrels dropped at my house... b/c they know I rescued one 3 years ago...
I left for work at 7:30 this morning for 8 a.m.. got home at 6 p.m.... worked in the yard until 8 p.m.
just took a shower...
mine is the only yard 1/2 way picked up....
EVERYONE has been home... hello... there are NO elves to come and clean!!!!!

I missed alot being off the blog...
will tryand go back and read... may not catch up....

Kathi, glad your surgery is scheduled....

Tina, Brenda, Steph....
LOL at the sneaker/stilleto relay...
I busted my ASS in the hall with my new 1 1/2 inch volatile flip flops... HELLO... can't walk in shoes!!!!

Leigh Ann, thanks for calling...
I enjoyed talking with you this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our office along had 30 houses so far with trees on top of them!

we are blessed... no deaths in Ascension parish!

Kathi, our parish is always the home to the shelters.... we had 4 HUGE ones here.... they NEVER evacutate us....

Noboyz said...

Tina,
OMG.... first day of high school!
how exciting and sad at the same time....
I so know the hardship of that...
hard to handle...
hope you are having a great evening...

Anonymous said...

greetings all!! Marci...the first day you got so many homes damaged...WOW!! Thank God none of your beauties fell on your home :)
those were some amazing stories to share!!

Kathi...do what you gotta do!! That's a hard decision, for sure

I just got home from the movies...went with my Allyson and her friend and mom...it was the sing a long Kareoke to Mama Mia (we all saw the regular version several weeks ago...SO FUNNY tonight...there were about 10 of us in the theater....and we had a blast singing and dancing LOL...Allyson and Brooklyn were so embarressed my their moms but were good sports :)

Kathi said...

That must've been a riot, Bren; I can see ya'll gettin up there and dancin; I want to see that movie SO BAD...heard it's pretty funny

That's great, Marci, that there's no hard feelings; my mouth (and my anxiety) can get me in a shitload of trouble sometimes; and I'm so sorry about your neighbor; geez, I've heard of rheumatoid arthritis, but didn't know you can DIE from it...why is that? what's the difference between that and just regular arthritis? The good thing about my problem is the arthritis I have is minimal (at Friday's appt, we saw the pics of the scan I had).

The thing that's got me thinking twice about surgery (besides it being so close to the holidays) is he had mentioned that there's always a risk of the bones not fusing right, or at all, and once he puts the screws/pins in, there's a chance that the bone(s) could die..the bones dying is REALLY weighing on me

Kathi said...

And when I asked him what he would do if it was him, he said he'd wait :( ..... sometimes I just hate being an adult and being accountable for my actions/the decisions I make

Leigh Ann said...

That is tough Kathi! What's your mom's take on the surgery?

Marci - wow, what a day you had AFTER everything else - you are a trooper! Enjoyed talking with you, too.

Brenda, thanks for being there for me yesterday! I had a melt down yesterday with my anxiety and didn't make it to Pensacola, so, I am at home trying to figure out what to do...

Tina said...

Happy WEdnesday Ladies!!

Maric - yes, yesterday was a toughy. My babies... all grown up.

Brenda - sounds like you had a GRAND time. Beats the hell outta the gym ANY day!

We went to dinner with all the kids. Had mexican at El Toritos. Thanks to LeighAnn... I am HOOKED on tortilla soup! So had that and a small salad.

Well gotta go make the kids lunches and get to work. Have a great day all!!

Anonymous said...

Oh Tina :) I can see you....sandwich making line on your island!! But, I REALLY do need to get some max cardio this week or the weigh in will be bad :(

Leighann...thinking about you...love and hugs!!! Do what is best for you :)

Hey Kathi...yes, I would ask your mom too, as Leighann brought up

ok...time to work now...

Tina said...

Wow... LA... we both posted at the same moment so I didnt see your post.

Hang tough honey... let me know if there is anything I can do. Love you LOTS... support you always.

Kathi said...

LA, you can't have a meltdown too :(..that's my job...lol; do you mean you may not go back to P'Cola at all? Hang in there, kiddo; my mom is ok with me having the surgery, I guess..never really had a good sitdown with her about it... but she's leaving it up to me, which I CAN'T STAND..lol; she does think that since the only way I can live with the pain is in the boot, I should go ahead with it

I'm about to call the Durable Medical Equipment office to see what my insurance'll pay for, as far as a wheelchair and bedside commode (potty); and I mailed the Architectural Form off to my owners to have them put in a temporary ramp--all things I need to get done before the surgery

Kathi said...

LA, just read your comment on my blog; didn't really take into consideration that it's been bothering me longer than it will to be completely be back on my feet (foot) again--that's a very good point though

Noboyz said...

Hey Leigh Ann, hang tough.... you are a remarkable tough woman!

and yes, meltdowns are for Kathi!
LOL (said with Love)

everyone has been so busy!

hat's off to all of you exercising!
fantastic....

Stephanie said...

Marci, you make me laugh, sitting all alone at my computer, laughing out loud. It never fails!

Kathi said...

Yeah, THANKS, MARCI....LMAO; I'll soon be joining LA in the "meltdown corner" ....

Been busy trying to get everything square away ... called a guy who RENTS ramps, so waiting on his call... called DME and found out that I'm covered for everything I'm gonna need after surgery ... called my IHSS social worker and got a ballpark figure on the amount of hours I'm gonna need, so we can coordinate schedules ... put an ad on Craigslist for another person to fill in when Gina can't be here ...

BRENDA!!!! Are you working OT still? Do you have anywhere to go after work? Can I come over for a bit? As you can see, I NEED AN OUTING ... Ok, I'm gonna go over to the meltdown corner now and freak out...lol

Anonymous said...

Oh my Kathi :( I see that this is really overwhelming...I would be a nut too...but I'm not going to be able to :( I played last night with Allyson (which doesn't happen very often) so chores and the gym are my focus the rest of the week...then next week I have lots to do before we leave for Minnesota on Wednesday...we'll be gone a week...so I'll have to wait until after I get a handle on the homefront after I return....but we are here for you on the blog!!!

Leigh Ann said...

Hi everyone...I climbed out of bed today before the kids came home from school and put myself together.

Stephanie called me today and then we went out to dinner with the families...thanks Stephanie for a wonderful phone call - and dinner. I really appreciate your support and love:D

Kathi said...

LA, I'm worried about you! Can I call you...maybe we can have a good meltdown together...lol; I know you just pulled yourself out of a "funk", but have you decided what you're gonna do?

Kathi said...

Got you msg, Bren. That's ok... I took a long nap, so feel a little better

Called the guy that rents ramps; didn't call back (I hope the Ability Center gave me the right number); the AC doesn't put temp ramps in

OY VAY!!!!!

Tina said...

Back from the gym. Fred wanted grilled Hot Links for dinner... so there came the calories I just worked off. HAHAHA.

Noboyz said...

I am finally home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I left this morning and got to work at 7:30... left the offic at 12... (beer run.. everyone at the office out)... one of our insured's has a store... I went thru the back door and got 3 grocery buggies full!!!!!!!!!!!
(for 10 families... we not that bad)....
I left my office at 12... to head to meet my sister for a computer part I needed for our main frame.. she bought in Lake Charles and also brought me 8 gallons of milk and 20 loaves of bread to share at the office....
I had knw clue that Evangeline and Lafayette parish was under tornado watches....
on Whiskey Bay bridge (20 miles long) the man in front of me sticks his hand out the window and starts circular motions....

everyone started breaking.... it went black for about 3 seconds then my vehicle started rocking... then a smoke screen for about 5 seconds... then sunlight.. beautiful.... AMAZING... I drove straight thru a TORNADO>>>>>>>

I was on the road for 7 hours to Lake Charles and Back in traffic to get the part... I got it!!

will be working on it tomorrow....
:)

Brenda, have an amazing safe trip to Minnesota!

Kthi, you are really getting everything done!

Leigh Ann, glad you have recovered!

Tina, great job working out! and oooohhh hot links!!!!

Steph, glad I make you laught out loud!!! I LOVE laughing out loud when no one is around... great therapy!

( I was long winded!!!! sorry)

Noboyz said...

whoops... left my office at 11 a.m. for beer run....

Anonymous said...

Dear God Marci!!! I had to reread you post to make sure I didn't misunderstand...that is absolutely freakish!!!! I'm so happy your're ok and not hurt...and that bridge!! OK...that said...tomorrow Marci, I say...start the book LOL...Yes, you need to start the book ...and the title should be...Hmmmm...no clue LOL...but it'll be like a tornado...my gosh, each chapter would be nothing like the last LOL
WOW...gosh, now I'm rambling LOL...I just can't believe it!!

Anonymous said...

Tina...that is so funny about the links LOL...

Leighann...so glad you were able to get up and regroup...and to have a nice family dinner with Steph and family...Steph...how wonderful to know you were there for your friend....makes me just want to hug everyone :)

Kathi...lots of details to tend to...you should go to a website called ivillage..they have lots of support groups through bulletin boards....like the alzheimers one I mentioned beofre and you can find one dealing with what your facing...you should look into it and find support from those who are going through what you are and you could also support someone going through it too :)

My life sucks actually LOL...our garage door is broken and it's not that old either...Hmmmm what happened??? it's the kind that the panels move separately when opens and closes...well somehow it got off the track popped off and the frame is bent in 3 places....it's 9:20 right now and Steve arrives home in 10 minutes...the kids and I managed to shut it...it's still open in one spot...but then when Steve gets home we have to manuever it to open to get the Harley in :( All I can say is bring it on LOL...the more challenges in life...the stronger we get :)

Noboyz said...

Brenda.... I have NEVER experienced such... and I've been thru ALOT of Hurricanes.... the tornado... was freaky... but so fast.... really COOL.....
no time to think... or even be scared.... afterwards.. my heart was racing!

My book would be never ending!!!!!!!!! My crazy life!
U R Funny!

Did you get all your chores done?

Mike just filled the generator...
120 gallons of pro fuel!!!!!!!!!!!
I won't stand to see how much money! yikes!

Noboyz said...

I wanted to comment earlier and lost my train of thought.....
Steph, that is fantastic you were there for Leigh Ann, and ya'll got to spend the evening together....

wish I was closer LA.... Love you!

Kathi said...

YOU DROVE THRU A TORNADO, MARCI? O M G; That must have been quite the site!! Thank GOD it didn't lift the car and put you and it somewhere else! Ok, chickie, where are the pictures??? I've GOT to see that (if you had your camera)

I know, Brenda; I will go to that website...it sounds like a great resource

Thinking of you, LA!

Tina, hot links? Are they like hot dogs? I had mac&cheese and some apples for dinner--and green tea :)

Stephanie said...

Leigh Ann, you are welcome. I am glad I could help! We enjoyed the Mexican and it was good to see you all! When you are in town and need a hug or sounding board, I am just down the road, and just a phone call away otherwise. :) Please keep me posted.

Stephanie said...

Brenda, you are going to Minnesota! And gone a week! Yay for you! And at least geographically you will be closer to the Southern girls. Blog when you are there, if you can!

Stephanie said...

Marci, will it never cease for you? I hope you can just sit and RELAX soon, although if you are like me, you won't know how to do it. :)

Stephanie said...

Tina, I don't know what hot links are either, but they sound yummy...and I am watching my carbs so it sounds like something I could totally partake in! :) Love ya, doll!

Stephanie said...

Kathi, it sounds like you are covering all angles of this thing (the foot!). Get it all done, then rest assured that your doc will take care of you, and you will have the things you need afterward...

Stephanie said...

Okay, I believe I have addressed everyone individually and properly, and I am just finishing my coffee, so it looks like I cannot put it off any longer...I am off to type. Ugggg.

Anonymous said...

good morning all :) hope everyone has a good day...Steve fixed the garage door...I'm going to look at it in the daylight to see if he pounded out the bent frame so it runs smooth...hope so!! we don't need anymore high dollar expenses LOL...BUT I'm ready to face whatever comes our way :D

Marci I can't imagine how much money that generator costs to run...that thing looks HUGE!!!!!!!!

Steph....you're the angel Leighann needed :)

Kathi...go to the website!!

Leigh Ann said...

Good Morning All,

Marci, I would have fainted...that is like all of my worst nightmares together...a tornado on a bridge! Geez! Glad you got the beer...Lord knows I would have needed it!

Brenda, Glad to hear that the garage door was fixed for free:)

Tina, wow you are inspirational with the working out...maybe I will try and go today. How do the girls like their classes? Rayna got her first progress report yesterday and is doing well - she really likes Spanish:)

Kathi, I really like ivillage - there is always lots of neat stuff on there.

Steph, LOL, too funny about having to go and type now:) Gosh, your work day is almost over now and I just got up!

Kathi said...

I'll go on the site, LA. Are you in P'Cola?

Tina said...

Morning Ladies.

Hey LA!! Hope you are feeling better! Yes the girls, so far - its only day 3 - seem to like their classes and their teachers. Tia says her history teacher talks like a robot but lets them work independently and she likes that.

YAY BRENDA for STEVE and the garage door!!!

Hey Steph... Hot links are like spicy hotdogs... Fat and greasy and spicy! YUMMY

Marci Marci Marci... beer before noon... LOL!!! *and a tornado!!* wow.

Kathi - I agree with brenda and leighann... you should check out the website and connect with people who are in the same situation as you are. They can probably relate better than anyone.

Anonymous said...

Tina :) hello!!! gosh, I was soooo grumpy last night LOL...all day actually...but I do look forward to torturing ourselves on the machine this evening :) It feels so good and refreshing afterwards!!!

Leighann... :) I hope you have a really good day!! (((HUG)))

ok...back to work

Tina said...

Well you get ready Brenda... cuz starting this weekend (hoping i can get to the gym around all the soccer games) we will be increasing our time from 28 minute workout and 4 minute cool down... to 35 minute workout and 5 min. cool down!! YEE HAW!!!

Leigh Ann said...

Nice Tina - way to step it up!

Kathi - I extended my leave...so, I am at home in Smyrna.

Brenda - hope you are having a good day:)

Thanks to all for the hugs!!!

Tina said...

Thanks LA! Now I hope to start seeing some freaking results!! :o) Flat is fine... decrease is BETTER.

Wish me luck!

Anonymous said...

:O .... damit Tina LOL...OK I'll just follow you onto the machine and just do it....If I die on the machine..will you make me look pretty before the medics get there
LOL...I'm going to die on that machine, I just know it....But if I don't die...when I get off of it...it does make you feel good for doing it :)

Kathi said...

Oh, I didn't know you took a leave, LA; hope you're doing better and back to work soon; how long is your leave?

Oh, how I wish I had a military id so I can go to the gym with ya'll :( (and my foot felt better, of course)

Kathi said...

LOL Brenda; you're so funny

Noboyz said...

TINA!!!!!!! LOL
Know, I made the beer run for HOT beer for afterwork...
the Insurance Lady can't drink and drive!!!! lmao

Kathi, definately check out that website...

L.A.- glad you extended your leave... :) for how long?

Have a great day EVERYONE!!!!

Tina said...

EWW MARCI!!! WARM beer is worse than beer before noon!! hahahaha!

Aw Brenda OF COURSE I will make sure you are beautiful before the medics arrive... however... there is NO WAY you can die on that eliptical... just keep pedaling.... hahaha.

Anonymous said...

Marci...we're gonna keep this story going LOL...and really mess it up LMAO.....You went and picked up stolen beer (HOT) hehe

Tina said...

OMG!!! Thats it!!!

Marci... in her endeavours to have BEER before Noon... Drove through a tornado to steal the beer and then drink it warm!!

HAHAHAHAHOHOHOHOHEHEHEHE!!

Noboyz said...

LOL....
Hot Beer before noon for afterwork that is driven thru a tornado to cool it down and finally COLD for
5p.m.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now, good corrections! LMAO....

Leigh Ann said...

ROF...LMAO!!!

Too funny!

Tina said...

Boy oh boy could we have fun telling stories about Marci and her HOT warm beer before noon!!! hahaha!

Noboyz said...

Yes, and I might drink it in the warm scummy pool in my yard!!!! LOL

Tina said...

hahahaha! or while sitting on the trampoline!!!

Stephanie said...

...or, while crushing rattlesnake eggs with your boot-heel...

Leigh Ann said...

HAHAHA!!! Those eggs freaked me out!

Tina said...

LOL!! NO... wait... ive got it!! Drinking the HOT beer, while its warm, before noon while crushing the rattlesnake eggs with you stilletto high heels!!! AHHH HAHAHA

Kathi said...

You guys are so silly.

Marci, glad your pool survived Gustav's wrath; I still can't get over you driving through a tornado..but have not been a very big one

Tina said...

Well... finished my work day... picked jenna up from volleyball practice, came home, changed, picked brenda up and went to the gym, came home, made dinner. NOW im gonna shower and crash.

G'night ladies!!

Anonymous said...

what a wild afternoon went on here LOL....very entertaining :)

Thanks Tina for the workout...it was hard and I feel so great when I get off the machine :)

doing some chores and wanted to stop by and say HI

Kathi said...

Marci, I saw all your storm pics on your blog, but for some reason, my computer runs really slow when I go to it (the same thing happens with LA'a), so that's why I'm commenting on here...what the hell is that big yellow thing that's in your backyard?

Stephanie said...

OMG, Tina. Stepping on snake eggs in your stilettos...that's just crazy talk.

Stephanie said...

Brenda, I am glad to hear that you survived the machine! I am proud of you!

Hopefully the medics will remain like the "Maytag man", with nothing to do at your gym...maybe they could get their big behinds on a bike...

I have a fried who is an ENT, and those guys really do sit around a lot and eat. I guess that's good...when the ENTs are fat and lazy, the community must be healthy, on the whole. :)

Stephanie said...

Of course, I meant I have a FRIEND who is an ENT. Not a "fried". What a deplorable typo...

Tina said...

Morning Ladies!!

OH STEPH!! I feel another story coming on about FRIED friends who are ENT's!! hahaha

Have a great day everyone!!

Anonymous said...

LOL...Steph..you're right about the medics looking like they need a good work out...back in the day...way back in the day...I was one of those medics... my job assignments in the navy spanned across alot of things...and an EMT/Ambulance driver was one of them LOL....although, I was active duty and didn't look like they do out in town :)

Hey Tina :) Hope you have a great Friday...How's the foot??? Did you icey hot it?

Stephanie said...

Yes, Brenda. Active duty means just that...active. :)

I am sure you were busy then, as you stay busy now!

Stephanie said...

Tina, that is true, and funny!

Leigh Ann said...

Good Morning All,

Fried friends...LOL! Steph you may have started something:)

Kathi, that is a generator.

Brenda and Tina - good job on the workout!

Stephanie said...

Also, Brenda, I apologize as that was awfully stereotypical of me to imply that ALL ENTs are grossly out of shape. I would love to see a picture of you back then! You are a beautiful lady!

I have seen some HOT ones too (some of those fireman/ENT guys are gorgeously muscled). Mmmm. There is a good image for us to start our Friday. A gorgeous, muscled fireman administering CPR...

Stephanie said...

Well, Leigh Ann, we could all comment on our fried friends, but I refuse to go there! HA HA HA!

What are you guys doing this weekend?

Stephanie said...

Dang it, EMTs, not ENTs. I cannot type today.

EMT = Emergency Medical Technician

ENT = Ear, Nose and Throat specialist.

Ha Ha Ha!

Tina said...

Uh oh... now we have FRIED friends who are EMTs that are cross trained as ENTs!!

Somehow a fried ENT worries me... hahahahaha

Tina said...

Uh... do any of the EMT or ENT dudes or dudettes wear stilettos? hahaha

Anonymous said...

Tina LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG so very funny!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Tina....my yahoo connection is getting worse, going to call them today....I love my yahoo and this is the first time I've had a problem so I'd like to get it resolved :)

Anyway...I'll reply to your email here :) with your ankle wrapped for the game are you still going to go easy on the field and let the other players take the plays??? Hope so!! I think tonight is the night I bring snacks and juicers for the team LMAO

Tina said...

HAHAHA! Brenda you are FUNNY!!! I will do what I have to for my ankle... and what I can for the team... without KILLING myself. Im too old for this shit... hahaha

Anonymous said...

Awwww poor sweetums!! you're not too old...because I'm not too old LOL :) We won't have that!! You're on the injured list...LOL sounds very sporty that way :D

Kathi said...

Wow, a lot's gone on already, and it's only 10 in the morning here

I can go for some hot EMTs right about now :D

Awwwwwww, Brenda's become a "soccer mom" ..... lol

SHIT, that's a generator, LA? Here, you get 'em tiny, if you need one

Ok.....CAN ANYTHING ELSE HAPPEN TO ME!??! I found out from my mom this morning (how I did was I told her I was having calf pain and I'm going in for an ultrasound later) that my dad has a gene called "Factor V" (five) in which it makes blood clots hereditary...so, I COULD be on Coumadin, or some blood thinning agent, for the rest of my life, which I don't think is possible, is it Steph and/or LA?

Tina said...

Ok Brenda... we will go with that... on the "injured list:! haha

Kathi! TOO FUNNY!!! Brenda being a soccer mom!! hahah

Tina said...
This comment has been removed by the author.
Stephanie said...

Wow, Kathi, I have heard of people on chronic anticoagulation therapy for the rest of their lives. I hope that's not it for you. That is horrible.

Noboyz said...

Well well well,,,

ladies, you all have been BUSY!!!!

I am glad I'm sitting at work with my feet propped up!!! LOL

Too much to comment on.... but I will focus on the ENT/EMT... LOL
I think, no, I am sure I wet my pants........ it was an outloud laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

damn, I have to work tomorrow as well and maybe Sunday......

Anonymous said...

that's too bad Marci that you have to work this weekend :( I guess after the storm there's lots to do

Kathi...Hi there and hope you are resting and having a nice day

Steph...well said on the hottie firemen!! woohoo....I always enjoy watching them doing their grocery shopping :)

Tina....even if you quit playing soccor because of your foot...you'll have that line to use forever LOL.....you're on the injured list....it would be true...and so very cool to use :D
(I'm a total geek, I know)

Leigh Ann said...

LOL - all of you crack me up!!!

Brenda - the juicers and snacks would be hilarious!!! Sorry I missed your call. I had taken the van in and then I came home and took a nap.

Tina - good luck tonight!

Kathi - I have no idea about that med...I am going with what Steph said:)

Marci - no rest for the weary, a weekend of work...good thing you already made a beer run!

Stephanie - I don't know what we are doing, besides soccer. I leave on Sunday for Pensacola, pray, I can make it. Paul and them are in Chatanooga on Sunday because Mackenzie has two games there.
Tomorrow Dailen plays her first soccer game here and Rayna plays as well - one at 11 & one at 1130.

I am fixing to head to the Y and work out and then run to target for some ribbon to make Dailen's soccer team hair bows:) Afterall, she is a princess first!

Have a great Weekend everyone.

Tina said...

Marci!! HAHAHAA an outloud burst that made you wet your pants! hahaha! SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DRINK WARM BEER BEFORE NOON AND STOMP ON RATTLER EGGS IN STILETTOS!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHA

Tina said...

awww Leigh Ann!! I want a princess hair bow!!!

I want baby girls who want princess hair bows...

*sigh* I miss Dailen!!!

Dang it, Leigh Ann. What the hell is up with that van? It is such a "diva". What's wrong now?

Y'all have luck with car repairs, like we do with televisions...knock wood, of course!

We had lightning strike, not one, but two different big screens, AND the surge protector did not work either time. Isn't it nice to know you have all that money in equipment, protected by a $20 surge protector?

Sort of like going to a battlefield in your underwear...

OH NO... i feel another story...

ms. stephanie... while trying to be an emt with a certification in ent - fried her friend when her big screen blew from a lightning strike that resulted in her doing battle in her underwear and stilettos!!!!

Steph, I think they killed the van driving it across country back in May...poor thing is dying a slow and agonizing death

Well, I don't have a blood clot (thank god), but my mom told me that Dad also has "Gene 8" that's whacked.......I just thought of something (A REVELATION OF SORTS); I bet my DAD is the reason I had all the problems I had when I was little and not my mom; wouldn't surprise me since it took them 35 years to diagnose me with Paroxysmal Diskinesia (my "episodes" that I have)...must call Mom and see if she concurs

Good morning, everyone. I just finished cleaning my floors and windows, refrigerator, etc. (I tried to explain the concept of "weekend cleaning" versus "weekday picking up", to the dismay of my husband and children). They don't get it.

Anyhoo, I am contemplating going for my outside run this morning, though it is a bit rainy. It feels great though...about 70 degrees. Ahhh...I think I will. I got invited to instruct an aerobics class or two if I want. That sounds fun, too, but I don't know if I will...I don't have a thing to wear!
