Four soccer games today - 3 in Clarksville and 1 in Lebannon!

Steve leaves in the AM for Seattle ...He'll be home Thurs night :) Outside of the gym...I've spent all day at home piddling around and enjoying the family time...which is rare around here to have everyone home LOL...Well most everyone..Allyson worked today and was only home a few hours before heading off to a party
Tina...the electric yard clippers are too heavy for me, dammit..I'll get them back to you on our next gym run...or sooner, if you need them :) My hands have, I think, tendonitis, or arthritis...so I'm weaker than ususal...have a doc appt in a week or so

I forgot to mention... the men's team got beat 5 to 11. Very sad since the only players to show were Jeff, Zach -the 2 players zach invited, Tj and Nick... and some kid named johnny. Then - TJ ended up getting his arm dislocated...it was hanging out of the sholder socket... VERY GROSS so he had to leave so we had 2 guest players come on... and it was a VERY tough game. No subs and 2 guys who are not allowed to score AND playing the first place team which is a bunch of 19 yr old kids... *sigh*

OMG!! Tina I hope TJ is going to be ok soon...isn't he going off to play soccor at Princeton?? Sorry to hear they had such a hard game and I am glad I didn't have to see thwe dislocated arm...I may have gotten ill :(
Steve offered to use the shears for me but I knew he had things he had to tend to before leaving town so I said no...it's ok...I'll go back to trimming by hand or get one of those smaller/lighter ones ....
OMG, I was just gonna ask if that's the same TJ from Klassic Kids when I read what Brenda said. I'm still shocked that he goes to Princeton...do you guys know what he's majoring in?
Yeah, Leigh Ann, my foot hurting might be because of too much Vegas..I told the doctor that that would definitely be the test (Vegas), if the cortisone and my orthodics work; the cortisone did work for a while...but I don't know if getting another injection six weeks after the first is a good thing - and it would be my third one in a very short period of time (he said I can only have three IN A YEAR)

Hey everyone...happy weekend! I am typing, and cleaning, and cooking, and just hanging out indoors. It is super hot here! The heat index yesterday was 99, and supposed to do it again today!
Leigh Ann, for the ticker, I only did one weight circuit this week. I did cardio 6 days, though, a total of 27 miles, with sprints and a little slalom I made for myself, alternating with jumping rope! I am hoping it all evens out. Back to weight circuits tomorrow... I am also working on completing JUST ONE pullup, dang it!! :) I can do a handstand pushup...so why cant I pull my weight up while hanging? It's a mystery to me.

LA, I think you can have 3 a year for health reasons period...not sure if has anything to do with insurance or not; I think too much cortisone in your systme does something to your heart (?)
Tina, right foot is GREAT; left foot, I'm ready to cut off (although it is slightly better than Friday when I went in to the er...and that's only cuz I'm on drugs; but there's still a lot of pain)
Steph, we've been feeling humidity here too, but probably not nearly as much as you guys
Hey ladies... just got back from the gym and commissary. Did 35 min on the eliptical and then crunches. No weights today as I needed to get to the commissary. I am sitting here now waiting for fred to bring home a burger... YUM! Then we will do the back yard.

Steve got to Seattle just fine :) poor guy sounded stressed..he was about to catch the tram/bus to the baggage claim...not sure if he's gonna call though...I thought he said he forgot his phone charger...poor guy...I told him..it's all good :) Tina Steve took one of the pics you gave us..of him and I for his wallet :D He really likes it too ..my handsome guy can't take a bad pic...but me UGH...I don't like me in pics..but I do like this one you gave us :) I have a crush on my husband ;)

Fred took the girls to the mall... came back with a suit for me... but alas... my backside is too large for it so i had to take it back *pout*. I kept the pretty blouse though! hehe

the wedding was nice,but extremely hot.... outside..... and I swet like a stuck pig... no pun intened Brenda.... LOL
it was mostly Tarra's friend,.. not much of family on any side..... "I think Sad"... but that's what she wanted... so her memories.... :)
OMG Marci...I can just imagine the heat :( I sweat ALOT most of the time anyway...today it's really humid here and I'm sweating as I'm typing LOL...my fingers are sweating!!
Tina...that's too bad about the suit :( Really nice of Fred to do that and take the girls to the mall :) Yes, Fred is a keeper!!!
Steve sent me a pic of where he's staying...the 18th floor downtown floor to ceiling windows and the view is AMAZING..lucky dog!!!
I could NOT do a room on the 18th floor with a floor to ceiling window... I would be terrified the entire time. I would end up keeping the drapes drawn so i wouldnt feel like I was gonna have a panic attack!!!
I bet the view is incredible...
LOL...I just went to the hotel website...it's the Westin in Seattle...it's a circular hotel and really beautiful...I would love to enjot the view...from a few feet away form the glas LOL...oh gosh Tina...that's funny about the draperies!!!!! As long as I wasn't looking down at the street, I think I'd be ok :)
Oh NO... NOT ME... The minute i got within 10 foot of the freakin thing I would break out in a cold sweat...and then if ANYONE got closer than that to it... GOD FORBID ACTUALLY LEANED AGAINST IT OR SOMETHING... I would simply barf... yes... just the thought creeps me out... ew...

Girls, my husband slipped/fell (and I mean WIPED OUT!!) while playing on the deck/in the pool, not once, but twice...second time was playing with Rayna in his arms, to toss in the pool, I think...First time hit his head, and second time I was in the house with the baby for a minute and missed it. They say they went down pretty hard. He is fine I think, but I was worried about her this morning.
Jonathan just woke up with a burning fever and stomachache...great.
Oh Tina and Brenda, I know the feeling. I don't get panic attacks, but rather, spinning vertigo at heights. I think that's a pretty common one...it is always nice to know your weirdness is a common one, right? :)
OH, I would be GLUED to that window...I love being high up
Bren, not sure if foot'll get better with time; I've been on drugs and in my boot the entire weekend (I did take it off to take a bath though...lol)...it's been hurting like this for a week now
Steph, how's John and Jonathon?
LA, when I went to the doctor last week (29th), it said I was down 2 lbs!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO
Jonathan is nice and cool and sleeping well now, after some Pepto and Tylenol. We will see. I am just going to let him sleep until he wakes up and hope he feels better.
John is getting ready for work. I think he is alright too.

My oldest Dana made the most amazing healthy dinner and dessert last night...WOW...she made chicken spinach parmesean and a chocolate pie...I brought it for lunch :D

Bren, I'm on Darvocet, which is one step down from Vicodin; all it's really doing is making me whoosy and sleepy...I can't really take anything stonger cuz of my tummy; and no, I can't stay with family; if it comes down to having the surgery, I'll either have to move in with my IHSS worker (in Casa De Oro--off the 94) or go to a rehab facility, which I really don't want to do either of them since I'm so used to being on my own now
Well, for your sake...I hope it doesn't come down to surgery :( Darvocet....powerful stuff there!! I'd be flat out sick and sleepy LOL..ugh, the thought of it
It's another humid day...Hmmm better chances for San Diego to get a thunderstorm!!!! WOOHOO left for work this AM and the moisture clouds were already in the air!! PLEASE PLEASE :D
