Hi girls! I forgot...Im flat again this week. I dont get it... 4 days at the gym... and soccer on Friday...and Im FLAT. Must be the flab turning into muscle since we all know muscle weighs more than fat. THATS what it is... its GOTTA be!! :o)

Thanks gals for visiting my blog :) OK..now back out into the sun for more garden work...got some repotting done that bugged me everytime I saw them withering LOL Now I need to work on the front...Steve says it looks terrible :( boohoo !!!!

Hey girls! Been cleaning and running. Got my hair cut and dyed today too... so that took a chunk of my day away! Zach plays soccer at 6:40 tonight... we will be going to watch that.

Hey, Im the same. Tina I'm with you. I don't get it. I bike, play soccer 2 nights a week, yoga once a week, and now softball once a week. I don't get why nothing makes a difference! It's got to be the food I'm eating cause I know im not losing any fat or gaining any muscle.
LA is must be nice for your oldest that you're back in town. Glad you made it to see them.
Brenda I am with you on the hair cuts twice a year is a miracle for me :) We do miss you at the games.
As for me its been a crazy hectic summer. Living in SD makes it so easy to enjoy the summer. But too many people are born in this month. Today we had a picnic down by mission bay and Chris and I went and checked out the Stone Brewery in Escondido. We missed out on the tour, but the entire place is set real nice. I wouldn't say go for the food, but the beer is good and the atmosphere is nice.
I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend if I don't get back on. My mom and little brother fly in from Australia tomorrow so I will be going to see them in Riverside.
Hey all...got a buzz...teh Storey's just left... we drank, snacked and played Janga and wii I will pots pictures tomorrow when i am not so drunk.. ther goes my "flat"...bet i drank 2 pounds of margaritas. :) hope i spelt it right.

Morning, Rima! How was the wedding?
Oh LA it was wonderful. The best part was it brought friends together, we hadn't been all together like that in 6 years. But the entire trip was wonderful I saw family that live in Africa and Canada that were also visiting, so it ended up being a multi purpose trip. Worst part was being told how fat I've gotten and that I need to get on a diet by everyone, family and friends. I almost cried!
How are you doing? Always look at your empty apartment on the way in. But we are moving out of here next month.

We miss San Diego, but I am glad to be in my house with more room:)
It's not just critical, it just different there, no fast food and better food makes everyone there so skinny. They just couldn't understand the change in me living here has done.
Im sure the space is nice. I would love to have more space, probably not going to happen soon or at least not in San Diego.
So, they don't have the temptations...that would help:) We do have a lot of options, just not a lot of healthy ones.
Space vs. San Diego - I think SD would have always won if it wasn't for Pauls family. We love it there.

Hello fellow boogers
I'm here now....
we just did the chicken and pineapple inside last night on the stove....
grilling today.... hotdogs, t-bones, hamburgers, I got MB some bacon wrapped hot peppers... chicken and pineapple shiskabobs,
and pork steaks....
grilling for the week... :) it makes it easy for the kids when they are at home...
we finished KK's school shopping today, she managed to find, 3 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, 3 shoes, underwear, socks.....
so with her stuff we bought last year, she should be fine for starting, we will add on in a few months....
rain rain rain rain... no tans here today....
Rima, I hate when people are "too honest" and don't think about feelings....
just smile and say, "thanks"... you look great too.... and just walk away.... I promise their mouth will open....... it's funny..
they will wonder what you saw wrong with them.... or what they think you saw wrong... hee hee I'm bad....
