I weighed in yesterday am & I lost a pound...all that work and one lousy pound!

Not so much anymore; maybe it was the sip of powerade I had at the store (Brenda just brought me back..and I bought the bottle I sipped out of; and another one); but I've had Vertigo before, so not so worried about it..and maybe it was that I needed electrolytes in me; hey, is mandy still coming over? if you get too frustrated, call me and I'll come help

Kathi, thanks for asking. I am doing the half...13 miles.
Just cleaning off my IPOD and loading some good new songs. I drove the route to the stadium this morning, to make sure I had the directions right...I don't want to mess with a wrong turn on I-24 at 0500 on Saturday! Leigh Ann, I am parking at LP Field (Titans stadium) and taking the shuttle to the starting line. And I think I am just going to coast with maybe 2 or 3 short runs this week, maybe 4 miles each?
I cracked up at the shots of you and Paul in the ER! I mean, totally not funny, because you guys are hurt, but you know...! :)
The picture of Senora Cuervo was funny too, Kathi! Were you drinking Cuervo? Woah, it has been a while for me...that stuff'll get ya! ;)
No, I wasn't drinking Jose; I did have a margarita though; and then about one and 1/4 beers at Brenda's..maybe that's why I'm dizzy today...lol; which is weird, b/c I usually don't drink beer...but it was GOOD

WOW; I just had someone come TO MY DOOR asking if they want to share my "apartment"...I suggested to her that she put an ad in the paper; she was an Indian woman, it looked like; I of course said no; that's never happened in the six years I've been here
