Thanks, Marci.
Don't push yourself too much, Kathi.

I set the archive up...so, now we won't have to scroll so long to get to our personal pages. If you want to see the archived stuff, look on the left side bar or just hit "older posts" at the end of our blog - it's in the right hand corner.

that fairy cracked me up!!!!!!

Heidi...you're gonna do great :) stick with the plan! but just fruits and vegies?? I'm still dizzy thinking about that one LOL

Kathi said...

ok; i was drinking and i nearly choked on what the fairy said...ROFLOL; i'll be careful, leigh ann; just really motivated, that's all; and to tell ya the truth, it's the first time i've EVER been motivated about exercise

Okay, just reporting in on Day 2 of my running. I decided to go Sunday through Friday and give my skeleton a break! Good thing, too. The bones in my feet HURT! I am already ready for Friday! I ran 4 miles on Sunday and 4 yesterday and I am telling ya, my feet are murdering me. So, it doesn't look like I will have a problem with the 20-mile-a-week goal, but I am going to have to invest in some better shoes. I bought the cute ones instead of the practical ones (Leigh ann, you know me on shoes!!!) So yay, an excuse to buy a new pair! Dang, I would love a pedicure!

Oh yeah, I drank 64 oz of water yesterday, but did cheat with a glass of wine with my salad and chicken breast last night...trying to kill the pain in my feet, I guess! :)

Stephanie said...

Crystal, I don't know any tips really, except start small and log your progress. That really helps me to look at my log and see how far I have come! I also got in the car and set my trip meter, and drove 20 miles, which is my weekly goal. Wow, that's huge! If I can do that, I know I can pretty much do anything. Also, keep hydrated and if you're serious about walking/running, BUY GOOD SHOES! :) Gotta protect those feet!

The Johnson Family said...

Thanks!!! I also drank 72 ounces of water yesterday and NOTHING ELSE dying for a coke but resisting so far!1

Stephanie said...

Yes, I also would kill for a Diet Coke! I think I am craving the caffeine.

Leigh Ann said...

Nice job on kicking the soda's to the curb, Crystal!
Stephanie, wow - you are my hero, run, girl, run! New Shoes - YES:)
Yes, the little runner there is like the energizer bunny, so far, both Marci and Kathi would like to whip her butt!
And, I couldn't resist this fairy, I try to keep this blog all about fitness and such, but when I saw her, I opted to put her here instead of my family blog - I am glad you girls like her! Cause when I read it, I just started cracking up, too and wanted to share.

Tina said...

Leigh Ann
The fairy is TOO cute! Even we who want fitness need a cute little fairy every once in a while.

Way to go girls! Sounds like everyone is off to a great start for week two.

Tina

Kathi said...

if nothing else, leigh ann, she'll keep us going...lol; and stephanie.....RUN, FOREST, RUN (kidding, kidding) thank you very, very, very much, stephanie - I hope you know what I'm talking about - I just got back from my morning walk; didn't go quite as far as yesterday, i don't think, but I did good and hung in there...BUT DAMN IT'S COLD; time to defrost; YES, I WOULD LIKE TO KICK THE RUNNER'S ASS...lol

Stephanie said...

No problem, Kat. Glad to do it! I hope you don't mind if I call you that, but I had a very good friend when I was a little girl whose name was Kathryn, named for her grandmother, and she hated it, so we called her Kat. I couldn't resist the instinct!

Keep up the frontal assault on that hill!

Stephanie said...

I ran 4.2 mi this morning, which puts me at 12.2 thus far this week, and I believe I could see, just ahead in the distance, that damned little runner smiley! She was really kicking it, and she gave me the slip but if I see her again and can catch her I will stomp on her!

Gone now to ice my toe!

Stephanie said...

BTW, I wish I could run like Forrest Gump. That would be my husband. He can go for six months doing nothing and still run 10 miles. It's disgusting, and I cannot run with him! :(

Kathi said...

GET HER STEPHANIE!! and no, i love it if you call me kat; i have two cousins named Kathy (one goes by kathleen); one calls me kat all the time; don't see the other one too much, as she lives in chicago; can i call you steph?

Leigh Ann said...

How bad is your toe, Stephanie?

Stephanie said...

Kat, Steph is cool with me. As I told Brenda, all of my friends call me that!

Leigh Ann, thanks for asking about my poor toe. Feels like I dropped a large rock on it. I bought new shoes yesterday, and I think it's just normal new shoe stuff. I am sure it will be weeks before I get them like I want them!

This is interesting and I will put it in the side bar. Not smoking, moderate alcohol consumption, fruits and veggies and exercise can add up to 14 years longevity.

Stephanie said...

I got Mizunos. They are supposed to be very good for shock absorption and arch support. Right now they are really stiff and squeeze the heck out of me. I guess that lets me know how worn out the other pair was. I go through this every year with running shoes. Maybe by summer I will love them...

Kathi said...

you'll get used to 'em once you break them in; are shocks good? i know they're damned expensive though

The Johnson Family said...

Go girl!! I am sorry about your toe..ouch. the kids and I walked/ran this morning at the hospital track and still only water...I need a coke :)

Leigh Ann said...

I still drink my diet caffeine free coke - it's so good, I have cut back, but I am still drinking two a day. I maybe could get it down to one, but that would be about it.

Kathi said...

GO CRYSTAL!! you can stay away from the coke (yeah, easy for me to say...i had a pepsi last night...lol); it'll add the pounds, girl

Tina said...

I have the occassional coke ZERO, and bought a 12pk of Sprite Zero. But my big vice is coffee... 3 cups in the morning... and sometimes on the weekends a nonfat 4 shot starbucks latte! YESSSSSS. Those are gooooood days.

lol

Kathi said...

there's nothing like a starbucks :)

Anonymous said...

I'm not completely giving up my diet coke...oh no!! A co worker of mine works out at the gym I just signed up for and he's REALLY in shape LOL..anyway, he says he has a cup of coffee (black, no sugar or cream) it helps him sweat more and burn more...very intersting...I can't drink black coffee makes my tummy hurt...I don't drink any really unless it's the mocha or caramel freeze LOL

Anonymous said...

go Crystal!!!! cutting back on your soda
Steph...sorry to hear about your toe :( WOW you are an amazing runner!
Leighann...I see you and Steph running marathons together in TN :D
I want to run damit! LOL...I did stay on the sweat machine for 20 minutes today..my co worker Christian gave me a pep talk...

Anonymous said...

Tina...congrats on your soda monitoring too :D you too Steph :)

Anonymous said...

Leighann :) I'm gonna come to Smyrna when you are in a marathon!! I'll fly out!

Heidi...your good...when Leighann makes another entry...you'll see a picture or a write up...then our newer comments will follow right below...just like this one :) then we can talk to everyone :D You're doing good, you're following a plan you started :) if it works for you then well done..if not, try something different...HUGS

Leigh Ann said...

Brenda, let Steph check in tomorrow and she will tell you, if we are not running bleachers, I am no good!
Heidi - bless your heart, it's a heathly thing your doing - it's very positive. BTW, do you want a weight (10 lbs.) or exercise ticker?

Leigh Ann said...

Welcome, Angela - we would love to hear what has worked for you in the past and what you are looking to do in the future.
Brenda:) I am going to get you for that marathon b.s.

Hello Ladies. Thanks for letting me join your group. I'm new to this whole blog thing and am still trying to figure out how to do it. I started Weight Watchers over a year ago and have done fairly well with it. I'm still doing it but due to increasingly busy work schedule and lately not being able to consitently get to a meeting during 'lunch', I thought this would be a great place for the extra support. And accountability. Sunday check in - oh boy! Makes me regret the Raisinettes I just ate!

Tomorrow during my lunch break, I was planning on using my new Christmas toy - a Polar F6 Heart Rate monitor- and jogging/walking 2-3mi. I was thinking of doing the Super Run 5k on Feb 3rd and had been traing for it until the holidays got in the way. I found this site that lays out training programs and was using the 'Couch to 5k' on coolrunning.com. Registration has to be postmarked by Jan. 25th, so I have until then to decide if the holiday break didn't completely set me back.

Stephanie said...

Yeah, Leigh Ann completely smoked me on the bleachers! Great for buns and thighs! Cough, wheeze...I am better at a slow steady pace! Asthmatic lungs are "das not gut" for sprints! So I will hang with the turtles at the back of the pack and hopefully will cross the finish line! I can usually keep up a good 7-8 mph pace on my "hamster wheel" (aka treadmill!!). That's not bad, right?

Stephanie said...

Yawn...I am going to hit my goal this week of the 20 miles, so I guess that wasn't enough of a challenge for me. Next week, I am going to back off on the mileage and incorporate some sprints, hills and other circuit stuff like at the top of a sprint, jump off the treadmill and do rope or walking lunges, etc. Keeps it exciting! (Hoorah!) I would appreciate some suggestions from my military girls... Go team!

Stephanie said...

Hello, Angela! Welcome to the group! I love your bio and pic. That is a crazy, icky tongue on that giraffe! Made me want a shower! :)

It will be nice to have another runner to compare notes with!

Leigh Ann said...

Steph - Smoked you on the bleachers, not even, they just kept me from falling on my face! You are too kind, but you smoked my ass all the way around at that high school. And 7-8 miles are the treadmill...my short legs wouldn't know what to do with that.
Angela - I will have to check out Couch to 5K, hey Crystal you should check that out, too. Who all is running that with you in Nashville?

The Johnson Family said...

So far no one is running with me but I am going to check that out right now!! Welcome to the group angela and hello to all the other ladies I am glad everyone is doing well so far! I am having trouble getting to go the gym and because of the rain have not been able to make it ouside either so far today!

Leigh Ann said...

Hey Crystal...the weather's bad, uh? Do you know when the Y is supposed to put in their outdoor pool?

The Johnson Family said...

well it is dry right this minute but the kids are doing their school work, go figure!!

Leigh Ann said...

I don't know how you do that...you must have the patience of a saint.

Leigh Ann said...

I am heading off to the gym right now...today I am just doing cardio and core...the weights are going to have to wait a day - my body is sore! The no carb thing is getting easier as the days go by...it seems to be working, I just don't understand how. Last night I had fajitas - without the tortillas, it was good, usually I don't eat the cheese and sour cream...etc. But, last night, I had all the extra's just no tortillas, rice or beans. Most places with substitute their veggies for the beans and rice, which is nice.

Tina said...

well... this is day 2 without my walk/jog/run. I watched zach play soccer instead. I am HUnGRY...and now... thanks to Leigh Ann... I want fajitas! But... i will go fill myself with a big fat salad... since its the only thing other than a hard boiled egg today, I AM using salad dressing! lol

Leigh Ann said...

Hope Zach did well and I hope your salad satifies you, what kind of dressing do you use?

Anonymous said...

Steph...you asked about military stuff.....LOL
MOVE IT >>>MOVE IT>>>MOVE IT!!!!!
DROP AND GIMME 20!!
LOL :D

Anonymous said...

I'm going to have to work on things on my end...I notice when I eat dinner at 3pm...I'm good til morning...but now the gym after work (I get off work at 2:30 but start at 6am) and then dinner prep etc...I'm eating 5:30 ish then I'm hungry after dinner!! very odd! I need to prepare dinner the night before :D Leighann...you rock at the no carbs :)

Anonymous said...

Hey Tina! How the heck can you go all day on an egg???? WOW! That's amazing

Hey Crystal!! With the weather bad, it's hard to work the outside exercise...hope the Y opens soon...do you have an indoor mall?? or go to a multi level bldg and walk their stairs LOL...good luck!

Anonymous said...

Can't wait to see your New Years pics Tina...thanks for the note you put on my blog :D I seldom answer comments on mine because I seldom get comments LOL ...

Leigh Ann said...

LOL...drop and give me twenty, that's funny. I guess your body and metabolism is adjusting to the workout and the dinner later than usual. I am always starving after I work out.

Leigh Ann said...

Stephanie way to go with the 20 miles! Impressive:)

Anonymous said...

Okay, I'm still trying to figure this out.

Ladies - thank you for the welcome.

Stephanie - I wouldn't describe myself as a runner. I'm still at the beginner stages. Every time I get going something comes up and I have to go back to scratch. (BTW -Way to go with the miles!)

I did manage to get 2mi in during lunch today. However, I don't think I'd call it jogging. It was more like dragging! My calves were KILLING me. I think I need to do my route in reverse. The incline parts were happening on main traffic areas and were witnessed by those I had meetings with this afternoon. All that for a lousy 350 calories! (I had my heart rate monitor on. Boy have I been OVER ESTIMATING how many calories I've been burning while exercising.)

Tina - an egg! Really! Good grief!

Tina said...

Zach's team got beat... Im STILL hungry *lol*... I used an EXTREMELY fattening Ceasar dressing. but... hey... it was yummy and now I will ingest incredible amounts of water for that great bloated feeling... and get out of bed to pee all night long. LOL. Yes Angela... one rubbery hard boiled egg with a coke zero for lunch at work today. Yummy! I knew there would be no work out... so...
Tomorrow... i run and do the jumping jacks and sprints. Then core exercises. :-)

Leigh Ann said...

Angela, good job getting out there! That sucks having your boss/peers/subordinates, hell even strangers, being able to see you work out! Two miles, nicely done.
Tina, I would have killed someone this afternoon if that would have been all I had to eat:) Nice, that you have tomorrow's workout to look forward too:)

Stephanie said...

Brenda, thanks for the motivational yell! :) You know, there is a difference in just sloshing along and running with a purpose! Today I found out that the sprints and hills are exactly what I needed. I was barely breaking a sweat with the level running and continuous speed! Today's run was really hard. I was thirsty all day.

Stephanie said...

Wow, that's unbelievable about the lone egg and I could kill yall for mentioning the Coke! I didn't think about it all day and now I want one again!

I boiled one egg for my salad and then threw away the yolk!

Atkins Ladies, remember that you need some carbs for your body to function properly. If you are exercising you can have some carbs and still lose... don't get too low! My treadmill said I burned 102 carbs yesterday. I love that it tracks that. Keep those green and red veggies going!

Leigh Ann said...

Stephanie, great way to crank up the work out! Where are you doing your sprints/hills at? Oh, I guess on the treadmill cause it tracks the carbs - thats kool.
I will keep that in mind about the carbs...things are going good - I don't want to jinx it:0 I probably have some extra carb "cells" handing out with the fat ones on my thighs:( Gross!

Stephanie said...

I hate it, but unfortunately yes, I am stuck on the treadmill because of the time of year. I wouldn't hesitate to bundle up and go out for a run, but I can't take baby out in the cold! Well,at least I can track what I'm doing, and watch HGTV at the same time!

And please, you are a teeny person, and you are going to be super-sexy this summer, as are all of us with all of this good effort. Keep pushing, everybody!

Leigh Ann said...

Gosh I hope so...we are looking at putting in a pool at the house again.

Stephanie said...

Cool about the pool! It looked so empty back there without it!

I SOOOO just cheated on my diet after a particularly stressful financial day, in which I ended up wanting to rip out the trachea of some representatives who do not know their jobs and like to mess with people's lives!!

Sorry...I had beer and ginger snaps! OMG! :O At least I got my miles in early before all hell broke loose!

Leigh Ann said...

LOL...what a combination! Is everything ok? What happened for you do eat a ginger snap? It must have really freaked you out:)
I have been (b)witchy all day. I am not sure why...maybe just the stress of trying to figure out another move, I swear I have only been in So Cal for two weeks!
Jim and Jillri skyped so it was cool seeing and talking to them.
I mailed Tori's package of stuff off that she had forgotten. Mailed Amy's baby stuff off that I made, (that's Scotts daughter).
Dropped off two bags at good will...
I even had lunch with my husband, my salad was good and good for me.
Do you think my body is in denial about the carbs...who know's?
How are you feeling post beer and cookie?

Anonymous said...

Hey all, I'm logging in real quick from work because I won't be home to night to say HI....I am getting to the gym after work :) walked this AM on my morning break too...I've slipped a few times on PASTRIES!! OHHHHNOOOO but not the whole thing...but then again it happeded about 3 times :( over several days...I'm adding in walking the stairs at work...good grief I work on the 3rd floor, I should always be doing that anyway..have a great rest of the day everyone!!! haven't heard back from Heidi Leighann...I would just go with the weight loss on and I'm sure she'll be good with that :)

Stephanie said...

I feel much better post beer/cookie. Yep, you know it was apocalyptical for me to ingest a COOKIE. Well, maybe not that bad! I am still working on my troublesome little mister. Nothing cute about it. He is an a-hole! :)

Jim and Jillri did WHAT? They skyped? Sounds painful...what does that mean?

About the carbs, I know I have tried Atkins several times over the years to get a handle on sugar cravings, and my body completely melts down after the initial 48 hours and no carbs are left. I cannot function. Want to sleep all the time. Besides, most meat grosses me out! What's a girl to eat? Good luck with that!

Stephanie said...

P.S. Love the video. And Olivia! Nice touch, Leigh Ann!

Leigh Ann said...

Stephaine,
I know I cracked up when I saw that video, I was going to just put a pic of her with her headband...
Skype is what we use to call each other with our webcams - it's a lot of fun...does your laptop have a web camera cause if it does we can skype each other.
What little mister are you talking about?
I don't mind the meat so much, but I do miss the bread!

Leigh Ann said...

Hi Brenda, hope all goes well at your meeting tonight...don't beat yourself up about those pastries, damn them anyway! Nice decision to start taking the stairs. Hear from you tomorrow.

Angela, do you work out everyday at work?

Mandy, Marci, Kathi, Heidi & Crystal...hope you guys are doing good.

Tina, I hope you had more than an egg for lunch:)

Stephanie said...

No, I dont have a web cam yet. Just the basics on the laptop. That does sound like fun! I will get one!

Jerk who is working on our refi is little mister. What a bunch of crap, but I think I finally got it straightened out after going to the top. Live and learn...

Kathi said...

Hi guys...sorry I haven't been on in a few days; my joints have been hurting, so haven't been walking, but haven't been cheating either with pigging out on food. I found out today that I have to be on medication for my low potassium (and it's really not that low; range is 3.5-5 and mine's 3.1); and then have to get it re-checked in a week. I have been eating bananas, but my mom said that they're not enough. Since she works and lives in R.B., I called and asked my mom if she couldn't pick it up for me. I'll keep ya posted.

Tina said...

Hey Leigh Ann - 2 Hard boiled eggs, a lowfat yogurt, a small green salad with lemon. Having a Roast Beef Sandwich and a banana for dinner. mustard no mayo... slice of low fat cheese. Did my 30 minute walk/jog/run. Whew!!!

Leigh Ann said...

Kathi, good job on eating healthy...so, your mom is picking up the medication for you? I hope you feel better soon, I know how motivated you were to work out and stuff.

Leigh Ann said...

Wow, Tina you go! Now, you have made me hungry:)I emailed Scott and sent him congrats - he sounds like he is ready to play! I have to cut down on the draft beer at the soccer field, cut down being the key words here:(
Everyone let me know if the video doesn't work and I will re-do it...or you can watch it thru you tube.

Kathi said...

I don't know if she is...I have to call tonight to see if she got the message; if not, I'll have to take a bus to get it. I still am motivated, but this has kind of put a halt to stuff right now

Tina said...

Scott mentioned you emailed him. I told him I was pee my pants excited for him. ha.

uh... i AM having a beer,I have had NO alcohol since new years... so I deserve it! lol

Kathi said...

Ok, in the video, in the beginning, where the lady/man broke the stretch band thing and falls through the doors.....THAT WOULD BE ME.....lol.

The Johnson Family said...

Love the video, I think I danced to that one year in recital ..headband and all!!! My computer has been crazy so I have only been able to get on twice in hte last two days go to one site and it crashes..ugh I cheated last night at Amy's gotcha day dinner they had no water bottles or ice or cups only 2 liter cokes..had to get cups from my car..so I had coke!!! And it was so GOOD but back to water 2day!!! I work the next three overnights and Bella goes to the burn clinic in the am so I will be tired but I will try to check in on saturday!!

Hello everybody!!

Leigh Ann said...

Tina, yah for the beer! I am sitting her stalling - don't really want to work out.
Kathy, LMAS...about the video.
Crystal, if you can find a pic of that recital I will pay you good money:) Hope work goes smooth, as well as Bella's appt. Keep us posted.

Anonymous said...

Hello Ladies,
I am STILL at work! I will be here until 10p or even as late at 12a and have to be back by 8a tomorrow. Wah. We are testing and people keep changing their minds and NOW they are talking about SATURDAY!!! Needless to say I didn't get any exercise in today and won't since I'm still in the lab.

Leigh Ann, when things are good I try to at least get out and walk a couple of times a week during lunch. I had planned on jogging again during lunch tomorrow. Looks like I'm still testing, but I think I might need to so that no one I work with has to die!

I enjoyed the video. I needed that right now.

I was starving at lunch time today and stuck to my guns and made a good food choice only to come back and find that my boss brought me back pb & oatmeal cookies from a lunch meeting. He has learned to feed me with chocolate to prevent bloodshed in the office. Well, his offering worked. I don't look at it as cheating, just eating. I'll probably do a quick Subway veggie sandwhich here in a couple of minutes.

Kudos to all of you that can do Atkins. I, like Stephanie, tried it a couple of years ago and it just didn't work out for me. My body didn't want any part of that. I recently read the book, 'Skinny Bitch' by Rory Friedman and really enjoyed their no nonsense approach at what is going in your mouth. Since I've gained and lost the same 1lb for the past 6months, I've tried going mostly Veggie to shake things up a bit (I'm not all the way there and don't know if I'll ever want to be). At the very least, my migraines have all but disappeared. That alone is worth the change to me.

Now, how to squeeze in some exercise the next couple of days...maybe if I get a headband???

Leigh Ann said...

Headband...chuckle, chuckle...we could be the headband club, ya know, instead of the red hat club. That sucks about work! Hopefully tomorrow will go well and Saturday you will be off. Sometimes you have to eat the cookie:)I like the way you DON'T look at it as cheating, just eating.

Anonymous said...

Hi Ladies,
I've got a website for you to check out (and maybe add). A girlfriend (who also happens to work at Fitness Quest) has been subscribing to the free email newsletter for years. I often check it out. Hungry girl just did a thing on ordering coffees.

www.hungry-girl.com

Stephanie said...

I like the theme for the day; sometimes you have to eat the cookie. Excellent summarization, Leigh Ann. Smart girl!

Leigh Ann said...

Good Morning, Stephanie.
Angela, I will add that site later today, thanks.

Tina said...

TGIF!!!
I got my new scale... it works... but puts me at 146 right now... and based on my one egg lunches, its unlikely I gained a pound since sunday. Oh well, guess this next weigh in will have to be the new benchmark. :-(

Leigh Ann said...

What was wrong with your old one an where did you get your new one, how much? etc. A new benchmark it it...no worries - we have plenty of time. And, it is Friday and we do play soccer tonight!

Tina said...

My old one wasnt digital.. and im old and going blind ... lol. Fred bought it for me, at Bed Bath and Beyond... but i dont know how much.
And... I may not get to play tonight... BOOHOOOOO

Anonymous said...

hello to everyone!! have a great weekend with all you do...I've been keeping up with my daytime walking and now including my bikeriding opposite the gym days :D
see you at the weighin Sunday!!!!!!

Kathi said...

I started my medication today; had to take four pills today - just to give me a good boost, I presume - and then one a day. Go back in a week to have it checked again. By then I should be walking again.

Leigh Ann said...

Good deal, Kathi. I am going to pick that up for you tomorrow and drop it by your house when I pick up Mackenzie from practice, say around 11 am, will that work?

Kathi said...

I have the medication already; besides, the pharmacy I use isn't open on the weekends. My mom got it for me; thank you anyway; but you're more than welcome to come over anyway, if you'd like. I kind of cheated today; had two cinnamon rolls (for breakfast) and spaghetti for dinner tonight :( might go for a little walk tomorrow.

Leigh Ann said...

Kathy,
I mean that "thing" for tomorrow. I should be there around 1100 this morning, I will give you a call.
I hurt my ankle playing soccer last night and I am limping this am. It stinks.
I won't be online until this evening, Mackenzie is having her
10th birthday party today at Skateworld (I wanted to roller skate!) and I am off to run errands while she is at practice.
I will make another check in section tonight where we can add our current information.
See you tonight:)

Anonymous said...

Leighann...I'm sorry about your ankle!!!! be careful with it as it heals...re:treadmill ...I too hurt myself yesterday...where the leg meets the hip...yes..we athletes must be careful, ya know (PS..I'm so full of it LOL...you hurt yours playing soccor...I hurt mine in the back of my car getting my bike out LOL..it's much better this AM)

I wish to Mackenzie a beautiful day on her birthday :D

Kathi said...

Now I got ya. Ok; I'll see you tonight. Hope your ankle gets better. I hope MacKenzie has a great birthday. Brenda; my, my....what are gonna do with you? Glad you're better.

Leigh Ann said...

My ankle was good to go, just a little sore, but I did rollerskate.

Anonymous said...

glad to hear the ankle is getting better...my leg is pretty good now ...I'll truely find out when I stress the area tomorrow on a bike ride and I'll walk that hill out on the blvd. Tonight I chopped up all the veggies/salads for the week and washed up the fruits...Steve will BBQ the chicken tomorrow night :) It'll be another hectic week, but I'll figure out where/when to do MY time :) CHECK IN , IN THE AM :D

Kathi said...

Are we all gonna watch the Chargers woop Indy's butt tomorrow?

GO CHARGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leigh Ann said...

Brenda, you are very organized! I am day to day in my hourse as far as feeding myself:(
And, yes, Kathi - GO CHARGERS!!!

Tina said...

Im a bit stiff from last nights soccer... but... not too bad. Leigh Ann, Im glad your ankle is ok. I thought it was thigh...

Well, I made a big pig of myself tonight... El Torito fajita salad, 2 cadillac margaritas.. mmmmm mmm. now.. bed time. :-)

Leigh Ann said...
