hey I did not lose any this week! but not too surprised i had such an awful week I barely did anything except work and hang ou with the kids! Hope everyone else does well :)
Good Morning everyone! Happy Sunday! My morning has started out beautifully for a couple reasons, one being i lost 1 pound even with everything going on!!!

I lost 1.8 lbs. I am so excited! Tina, may I have the next (victory) dance? LOL

1.8...it's okay to say 2 pounds! Told ya you would do it this week, Leigh Ann! Keep up the good work, and how many of us are doing Marci's diet next week? I am sticking to my regular diet, just because it's working. Just curious...
BTW, for the ticker, I ran 24 miles this week. I think that's probably going to be the most I do for a while, because I am mixing in other stuff too. I am trying to add core/strength/balance exercises too.

Hey all...Leighann I did my weight check in on my personal page...but I didn't loose/or gain...so I, too, am VERY excited :D Congrats to Leighann and Tina for loosing weight :D and to Steph for her running goals!! and to Kathi and Crystal who are hanging in there... the last couple of weeks have been so challenging to so many of us and I think we all have become stronger for it...YES!!!
I did spend 4 hours doing meal prep for the week....It was alot of work and worth every hour standing in that kitchen (BTW..how many calories did I burn LOL)

Hello Ladies,
I am SOOO very tired. For some reason didn't get to sleep until after 3am and had to be up at 7a to get Maegan to the gym for her volleyball tourney. Didn't have time to get coffee and have been running on fumes. (I was quite dingy at the girl's soccer game.)
I just got off the exercise bike and wanted to check in before I pass out.
I checked my ticker page and it looks like it went the wrong way last week (I gained last week and it has me at having lost more). Well, I'm pleased to say I too am down 1.8 lbs this week!!! So my ticker should be at total of 2.6lbs lost.
Best yet I kicked butt on my exercise goals. Logged 5 hrs 20 mins and burned 2447 cal since Monday!!! My target was 3.5 hrs and 2000cal.

Angela, you didn't look dingy at the soccer game and congrats on surpassing your exercise goals! I will fix your ticker - I must have made a mistake, sorry! Also, Brenda and I want to know what your gadget is called and where we can get one.

ok.... lets face it, no matter how much you watch in..... BEER cannot be in the diet... at least for me..... lost nothing.....

My goal right now is to lose 10 lbs before the baby shower.... on the 24th of February.... I can do that....

I also told my husband, that he is coming with me to the gym, or he is just going to have a FAT wife, I can't do it alone....
Of course, one week, he'll drop 10 lbs and look like his 6 ft ass lost 50!!!!

I had to cut out the beer, too. And it sucked. What I did was have one or two - and I tried to wait as late into the night as possible. Then I would have a glass of red wine, my husband is really into wine, it made me sleepy and it has all of those great antioxidants. Plus, I upped my cardio to burn at least 300 calories and added free weights to my core traning. It's a bitch and your right, he will look great in 1/4 of the time - it just isn't fair!

hey everyone...I am a day late but I weighed in at 124.3 Yippee. I only walked 2miles last week. I want to go back to the gym...can't wait. Do any of you go to 24 hour fitness? Does anyone want to walk Cowales Mountain this weekend? How about Lake MIramar? Say 8am? Also I am inspired and amused by many of your comments. I think I am figuring out this blog thing...but I am not sure. I would be willing to take a blog lesson.
i'll weigh myself later this morning and let you know, leigh ann. i don't think it's gonna be good though...i haven't pigged out, but i just don't feel confident.
